Discover how we help leading brands stand out at their trade shows

MS Solutions - ISE Barcelona 2026
The Challenge: Standing Out in the Tech "Jungle"
Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Barcelona is the world's largest AV trade show. The challenge for MS Solutions was to avoid the usual visual saturation of this event and create a space that communicated their motto: "When Quality Counts". They needed an environment where their connectivity solutions (KVM, HDBaseT) were understood at first glance, without distractions.
Our Solution: "Blank Canvas" Architecture
At STANDZERO we designed a space of absolute visual purity.
- "Clean Tech" Design
We opted for a pristine white perimeter structure. By elevating the brand with large illuminated headers, we ensured the MS Solutions logo was visible from the main aisles, acting as a beacon of tranquility in a chaotic fair.
- Invisible Cable Management
At an AV trade show, a loose cable is a sin. We designed custom furniture with double bottoms and hidden cable management, allowing product demonstrations on video walls to appear to "float", conveying an image of technical perfection.
- Precision Lighting
We used focused LED lighting arms from the upper cornice. This not only bathes the walls in uniform light but also highlights the exposed equipment without creating annoying reflections on demonstration screens.
- Total Accessibility
We eliminated physical barriers at the entrance. The open design with raised technical flooring invites entry, with a fluid central networking zone that facilitates the passage from casual visitor to potential client.
Result
A stand that breathes professionalism. The cleanliness of the design validated the client's brand promise (Quality), generating an increase in dwell time for technical visitors looking to test the equipment in comfort.

Costa del Sol – International Deployment (WTM, Matka & ITB)
The Challenge: Three Countries, One Premium Identity
The goal was ambitious: to translate the warm essence of the Costa del Sol to three of Europe's most demanding exhibition venues (WTM London, Matka Helsinki, and ITB Berlin) without skyrocketing production costs. The logistical challenge involved managing the construction and assembly of over 700 m² total, adapting the space to different regulations and sizes in each country.
Our Solution: The Intelligent Hybrid System
At STANDZERO we implemented a construction strategy that combines the best of modular technology with traditional craftsmanship:
- Modular Engineering (Aluvision)
For large structures, we use lightweight aluminum systems and Aluvision frames. This allowed us to create spectacular aerial arches and large-format backwalls that are assembled with speed and precision, drastically reducing international transport and assembly costs.
- Craftsmanship "With Soul"
To avoid the typical coldness of modular stands, we integrated custom carpentry elements in visual and tactile contact zones. We designed natural wood planters, warm cladding, and curved lacquered counters that provide the quality and status the institutional brand requires.
- Strategic Reuse
We manufacture once, impact three times. The structure was designed from the start to be dismantled, efficiently packed, and reassembled at the next destination, maximizing the client's investment (ROI).
Result
A visually imposing and welcoming stand that perfectly withstood the European circuit, offering functional meeting spaces and unmatched brand visibility thanks to the integration of LED screens and high-quality tension fabric graphics.

Ladevi - FITUR Madrid 2026
The Challenge: Competing at FITUR with a Controlled Budget
At a massive fair like FITUR, where large hotel chains invest millions, the challenge for a media outlet like Ladevi was clear: achieve resounding visibility and have a private workspace, all under a strict cost-containment policy. They needed to stand out without overspending.
The Solution: "Smart Design" and Strategic Zoning
At STANDZERO we apply the rule of "less structure, more impact":
- The "Block Effect" (Color and Graphics)
Instead of spending on complex architecture, we used corporate color as a weapon. Electric blue carpet directly on the floor (no platform, eliminating barriers and costs) merging with the back walls. This creates a "monolith" visual effect that makes the stand appear larger and more enveloping.
- The "Fishbowl" Office (Visible Privacy)
The heart of the stand is the glazed office. A clean, white, enclosed modular structure offering the necessary acoustic isolation to close deals, but with glass doors and windows maintaining a visual connection with the aisle. It is a refuge of silence amidst the chaos of FITUR.
- Walls that "Speak"
We turned the perimeter walls into a giant infographic. Instead of brochures that end up in the trash, Ladevi's audience and reach data are printed in large format on the walls. It's passive marketing: the stand sells itself while the sales team engages at the high tables.
Result
A vibrant and professional space that maximized every euro invested. The open design invited fluid traffic, while the glazed office allowed for high-level meetings on-site.

The Infinite Tour: Red.es & Kit Digital
The Challenge: Durability and Brand Presence
The challenge was not only to design an attractive space for Red.es (Kit Digital) but to create a structure capable of withstanding 22 consecutive assemblies and disassemblies at IFEMA and other locations, without losing an ounce of its premium visual quality.
The Solution: Reusable "Glossy" Engineering
We developed a 32 m² space dominated by light and organic shapes. The design stands out for its curved ceiling architecture and light boxes acting as a beacon of attraction for the public.
- Premium Materials
We used Dibond panels to ensure rigidity and lightness, combined with a high-gloss lacquer finish on tables and lamps, projecting a technological and neat image.
- Active Furniture
The main counter is not just furniture, it is a point of light. Made of luminous lacquer, it serves as a visual focal point and meeting place.
- Intelligent Logistics
Every element, from design furniture to curved structures, was conceived to be totally modular, re-assemblable, and transportable, maximizing the client's investment.
Result EEAT
A stand that maintained its "like new" aesthetic from the first to the 22nd fair, attracting a high flow of visitors thanks to its strategic lighting and luxury finishes.
